Well of Wisdom Therapy provides online individual therapy for women throughout Massachusetts, who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and trauma.

You might be wondering – can body-based and experiential therapies like IFS, Somatic Therapy, and EMDR be effective for trauma, anxiety, and more?

The answer is absolutely, yes! Online therapy in all its forms is just as effective as in-person therapy. These approaches help you become more grounded in your body, whether or not I’m physically present there with you.

Whatever we’re helping you heal, my approach to online therapy includes treating you like a full person – multifaceted and holding a whole and rich world inside yourself. My sessions are warm, relaxed, and heart centered.

  1. We’ll get started with a free 15-minute consultation, in which we can go over insurance, payment, scheduling, and what you’d like to work on in therapy.

  2. I’ll help you verify your insurance benefits before we get started.

  3. If you decide we’re a good fit, I’ll email you an electronic therapy contract and Zoom link with instructions for the first session.

  4. We’ll start our first official session with an intake assessment, including going over your mental health history and current symptoms.

  5. Together, we’ll craft a treatment plan with your main goals. My process is collaborative, meaning you’ll be an active participant every step of the way.

Online therapy is secure, convenient, and confidential. I take great care in making sure that I use HIPPA secure video, email, phone, and fax. I follow all the guidelines to make sure that your privacy is a top priority.
