Therapy Rates & Insurance
Therapy is an investment in you — and you are totally worth it.
Life can be incredibly difficult sometimes. And you still deserve to ride these waves in the best way possible.
Therapy has so much to offer: A safe person to share your life with, dedicated time to reflect and process important emotions and events, and the learning of skills that you can apply now or later in your lifetime. It can improve your self esteem, relationships, career, and overall quality of life.
Practicing how to be with yourself in effective ways is invaluable and is an incredible return on your investment.

Payment Methods I Accept for Online Therapy:
I accept cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card, all major credit cards, and Aetna and Optum insurances.
All payments are due at the time of service. I use Stripe or Ivy Pay to process all payments with credit cards on file.
Don’t let my fee discourage you from contacting me! We can come up with a financial plan that works for you, including short term work. I’ve also been able to refer inquiries to therapists who may be able to accommodate your financial situation.
My Cancellation Policy:
Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel/reschedule. Appointment changes can be made free of charge if I am given a minimum of 48 hours to cancel and pending my availability. To respect everyone’s time, if you cancel late (less than 48 hours), cannot reschedule a missed appointment, or no show to an appointment you will be charged the full cost of the session.
I accept insurance for my online therapy sessions! Here’s some important information you need to know about insurance providers and being in or out of network:
In Massachusetts I currently take Aetna and Optum insurances.
I am in the process of being paneled with BCBS of MA, though this is pending.
I am an Out of Network (OON) provider for all other insurances.
If I am outside of your network but you would still like to work together, I can provide you with a monthly receipt for services (called a "superbill") so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. This means you pay for services up front and are reimbursed a portion of what you have paid.
Before we get started, here are some questions to ask your insurance provider.
Depending on your insurance plan, you could be reimbursed fully or partially. All you need to do is contact them and inquire about how they compensate for Out of Network therapy services. Many of my clients have insurance that compensates them for a third or more of the cost of services. Some people however have very high deductibles they have to meet before they can be reimbursed, so its always good to check with your insurance before scheduling your first appointment. Some questions to ask are:
Does my specific health insurance include Out of Network mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible and if so how much?
After I’ve met my deductible, what percentage or amount of my services will be reimbursed?
Does my plan limit the amount of sessions that I can have and if so how much?
If I submit a superbill, what percentage of my Out of Network services will be reimbursed, and how long long will it take to get reimbursed?
